The participant may be provided with the following ones:
1. Equipped exhibition area (booth/office).
Minimal area – 6 sq.m. («OCTANORM» equipment,Germany).
Equipped booth includes: wall panels (depending on the type of booth),
1 table, 2 chairs, 1 socket 220 V, 1 spotlight, a carpet (standard
colour is dark blue), facia lettering (text for facia board should be
not more then 15 symbols, standard colour – dark blue), 1 rack,1 waste
basket.
Additional equipment and services should be ordered and paid according
to the pricelist on the additional equipment and services..
2. Non-equipped area.
The area is intended for showing of equipment or it may ne used for individual planning and building.
3. Participation by correspondence.
Participants should provide the organizer with their advertising
material still January 30, 2010. The materials will be promoted during
business hours of the exhibition from the stand of organizing
committee. The Logo and the text information about the participants
will be placed in an official catalogue of the exhibition.
Cost of participation
The total cost of participation in the exhibition includes the cost of
the exhibition area, registration fee and cost of additional services.

Price-list
The registration fee* is an obligatory payment. The registration fee is paid by the Participant irrespective of the number of present persons. The registration fee includes the expenses for advertising campaign, on organizing and performing the exhibition, on making the Catalogue, on fabrication of badges, on organizational expenses, and on organization of a party. In case of participation of several enterprises on the rent area of one exhibitor each enterprise should pay the registration fee.
When the exhibition stand is built with the use of borrowed (non-owned) exhibition structures the factor of 1,3 will be applied to the cost of non-equipped exhibition area to be paid by the corresponding Participant.
Payment for participation
Payment is made by preliminary bank transfer. Ukrainian enterprises make payment in national currency. CiS enterprises make payment in Russian rubles, others - in free convertible currency
Exhibition Catalogue
The official exhibition catalogue is made in a Ukrainian language and English languages on the basis of the information on the enterprise, the exhibition received from Participants not later on January 30, 2010. The text information should be given in an electronic kind on the form for the catalogue: address requisites and the information on activity (70 words) + an Ukrainian language/Russian variant. The schedule is accepted in format TIFF, JPG, EPS (300 dpi) or Adobe Illustrator 10, Corel Draw 10 (in curves). The form for the catalogue is sent by the organizer with a full package of documents on an exhibition. Payment is included into cost of an registration fee. Any interested enterprise may order additional advertisement in the Exhibition Catalogue. If the information is not sent in time it won’t be added to the catalogue.
Badges and invitation tickets
Cost of badges and invitation tickets is included into the registration fee.
The working schedule of the Exhibition
The assembling of the exposition: March, 16 - 9.00 a.m. - 22.00p.m.; Grand opening of the exhibition: March, 17 - 11.00 p.m.; March, 18-19 - 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.; Official Closing of the exhibition: March, 20 - 2.00 p.m. Dismantling of the exhibition: March, 20 — till 10.00 p.m.
According to Ukrainian legislation and international show business smoking on the territory of exhibition center is forbidden during the assembling and dismantling of exposition except dedicated places. For disorder fine sanction are required.
